We also support automatic email follow ups which allows you to set up multiple points of contact with the same lead automatically, and specify when (and with what) message you would like them to be contacted if they haven't replied after x number of days.

Note: In the image at the top of this page you can the see the current layout of your email history (subject to change without notice). The status column on the right indicates whether a reply has been received (box checked if yes, unchecked if no). You are also able to view the actual message if a reply was received along with some other information about the person who sent it etc.

After the initial set up, GuessBox will automatically send out your follow up message if it sees that you haven't received a reply within 2 days from a prospect.
